Interesting Simon I had to send BD8 proof. What I am saying is that I was sent out a print agreement and information pack. Did not even know there was an information pack so how could I have asked for it in accessable format? Interestingly they did not have me on their database in any case as being blind even though I have the 50% reduction on licence fee for blind people. They said that my name was not on the list they got from Social Services. ----- Original Message ----- From: goshawk on horseback To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, July 14, 2012 5:34 AM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Digital Switch Over Scheme same here, once I asked, I got everything in accessible format, in my case audio, and when it came to providing proof that I am registered blind, they even accepted an mp3 of the audio format letter confirming that I had got my high rate DLA mobility. We all here had no problem with the agency at all.
