[access-uk] Re: Disabled persons rail card application form

It seemed a bit weird to me that the bits where you can choose to disclose
your information asked you to delete N if you don't want to share it, which
makes it seem like you are saying yes. Maybe its just me though. I'd also
like to see the option to choose font size rather than just specify large
print since there is no standard for this and for me most large print is too
small unless it is size 20 point or above.
