Are you sure this message only shows up once you've reached Windows?
How long does it go on flashing? Have you noticed anything not loading
that's usually in your SYSTRAY?

Try going on to the McAffee site and doing a virus check there if you
haven't already done so. (Have a feeling you've done that.)

Let us know if you ever discover what the problem is about.

Hi Carol.

The message is too quick for me or Pauline to catch. It's only there
for a
brief moment and comes back like a pulse about every ten seconds. It
knocks
jaws off when reading a document, like a OE message. I've tried running
my
computer without jaws and it's still happening. I did a full system
scan
with Norton and nothing and I even replaced my wireless keyboard and
mouse
and it's still occurring. Occasionally, Norton is saying Security Alert
so
this is why I thought that I hd some kind of virus. But like I said,
Norton
is not picking anything up. I even downloaded the most up to date files

from Norton's web page. Cannot understand it Carol. Perhaps I'll need
to
either Restore AGAIN or stard uninstalling everything, a bit at a time.

Best wishes.
Andy
