Tony JAWS does not operate on the C5 and there is not a JAWS key. That said, I am aware that the C5 does not have a wi-fi capability and you will therefore have to connect to the internet for e-mail if you want to clear the Outbox in e-mail. I also recall you some time ago saying that you did not wish to connect to the Internet for e-mail purposes on a C5 but please do accept my apologies if I got the last statement wrong.

Hi folk,

I'm using the Nokia C5 and although I have no messages in my outbox I get a message when pressing jaws key and right top key saying 'documents in Outbox'!

How can I delete the message without a complete reformat et al?

Best,

Tony Sweeney
