Hi Saqib.

This is the only part of the podcasts clien which is poorly implamented 
disability wise.  In short, you need to double tap and hold on the episode you 
want to delete, then when you hear the three pips indicating the gesture has 
been passed through to the native interface, scrub your finger from left to 
right.  If done correctly, you should hear confirm deletion and then you can 
double tap to delete the episode by tapping to confirm.  I hope Apple addresses 
this in a future update to the client which is otherwise very good.
