Hi Peter. First focus the file you want to get the link to. Now hit the application key Navigate to the "dropbox" menu item and open it with either enter or right arrow. Now you'll see an item called copy public link. Hit enter and the link to the file will be put on the clipboard. Then simply paste the link where ever you need to. Hope that helps! -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Beasley Sent: 12 November 2010 12:09 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Drop box queery I have just put a couple of files into my drop box public foulder, but what I would like to know, is how do you create links to the files in question so you can e-mail them? __________ Information from ESET NOD32 Antivirus, version of virus signature database 5613 (20101112) __________ The message was checked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. http://www.eset.com ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
