[access-uk] Dropbox

This problem started last Saturday. When my computer starts, or when I start dropbox, I get a message saying dropbox error unable to access registry text ok button. Ihave removed dropbox from my machine and reinstalled it several times with the same effect. I can get into dropbox via the web ok, so, please can anyone advise me on what is going on.
