Marie: press the button on the front of the writer, if that doesn't work, open it up at the top, and there should be a little lever on the left hand side of the machine inside it. pull that up and remove the labels backwards. _____ From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Marie Baisez Sent: 16 April 2010 10:24 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Dymo label writer 310 Appealing to the lateral thinkers among you! a label has not detached properly from my machine and a little piece of label is jammed in there. Inserting another label doesn't make it spew it out, can just about feel it, broke 2 finger nails trying to grab it and tweezers only pushed it further in. Any other way I can try? I rely heavily on this brilliant piece of kit and will hate having to do without it for months if I have to send it away to be repaired. No useful eyes around at the moment...Urgent letter to send therefore to be addressed...Please help!
