Andy, this happened to me a while ago, as it must have happened to others. I was told that spammers had hijacked my address, and were sending spam messages in my name. The recipients spam filters were blocking them. I got around it at the time by using another server. You could try asking for help from your ISP, but this could be a long and frustrating process.
