  Hi,
How many recycle lists for the Visually impaired are you aware of?
I've used Ebay to buy and sell stuff. You'll need a Paypal account as well
cos it is easier to get your money back if you are not pleased with a purchase.
It takes a while to get used to the layout of the site especially when you try
to sell something but you'll get used to it. Try selling something cheap first
just to get the hang of it. When you create the advert for the item you want to
sell, you are given the choice of whether you want it to be a standard auction
or if you want to set your own buy it now price.
Buying is straight forward and accessible.
I usually bid in the very last seconds of an auction. You'll have more chance
of winning that way.
First bring up the advert page for the item you want to bid on, and then
bring up another instance of that page and enter the maximum amount you want to
bid for an item and then press enter to bring up the confirmation screen.
You'll then have two instances of Internet Explorer open, you can then keep
pressing F5 on the advert page to check the time left untilt he end of the
auction. When there's like 40 seconds left, you can press control + tab to go
to the confirmation page and press enter on the confirm bid button.
I know there is software that can automatically bid for you but I do not know
how accessible it is.
  Hope it made sense.
  Adeel
