Hi Adrian,
 
Delete this immediately.  I get lots of them too, and I
don't even have an e-Bay account.
 
You will see similar ones for banks, credit cards and such
like.

whether or not it is a hoax.  Has anyone else received
anything similar?  I am reluctant to click on the link for
obvious reasons.  The Email was received from
