[access-uk] E-mail on the Iphone

Hi,
Could someone kindly give me a bit of help using the e-mail facility on my
I-phone.
I've set up my account all fine, but my messages seem to take ages to
download to my phone, and sometimes I seem to have messages on my computer
that have not appeared on my phone.
Also could someone explain the fetch new data item in the mail settings.
Any other tips on using the mail program would be appreciated, as to be
honest I've only just tried it, now I feel I've a better knowledge of my
phone.
