[access-uk] Re: Empty deleted items not working

The only thing I have done recently that might effect OE is to copy the 
settings to my slave drive.  There is a couple of things that I'm not happy 
about with my pc so I'm going to do a re-install.  This will probably sort 
out the OE problem.
