Ibrahim, Perhaps it's time to pull in PROCMON (Process Monitor) and see exactly what is going on? George. -----Original Message----- From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Ibrahim Gucukoglu Sent: 21 December 2009 17:42 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] Re: Error on Installing Jaws10 on to NC10 XP Home Hi Eleanor. Well as you describe it, the crash is happening during the installation, so that would suggest to me a component error when trying to register with the windows registry. There's nothing for it but a complete uninstall, registry purge and reinstallation as I outlined in one of my many messages this afternoon. All the best, Ibrahim. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eleanor Burke" <eleanorburke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, December 21, 2009 5:08 PM Subject: [access-uk] Re: Error on Installing Jaws10 on to NC10 XP Home >I do not have a problem with the ilm liscencing either Ibrahim, it is the >installation only!!! > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Ibrahim Gucukoglu" <ibrahim_gucukoglu@xxxxxxxx> > To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Sent: Monday, December 21, 2009 4:59 PM > Subject: [access-uk] Re: Error on Installing Jaws10 on to NC10 XP Home > > >> Hi George. >> >> Red herring mate, this is happening during installation and jaws doesn't >> touch the net until the ILM licensing manager does its thing. >> >> All the best, Ibrahim. >> ----- Original Message ----- >> From: "George Bell" <george@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> >> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> >> Sent: Monday, December 21, 2009 4:57 PM >> Subject: [access-uk] Re: Error on Installing Jaws10 on to NC10 XP Home >> >> >>> Courtesy of Microsoft.
