Hi Catherine, It sounds like you have turned off one of the protection modules. It is not necessarily serious. For example, I turn off the Outlook protection, because I have antivirus in place on my Email server, and it says that to me all the time. Press F5 to go into setup and see if any of the protection modules are disabled. Today a balloon popped up saying "Eset Smart Security needs your attention". I right clicked on the icon in the System Tray and looked around the window with the JAWS cursor and there was a part that said "maximum protection may not be insured". Does anyone know what this means? It could be that the balloon was drawing my attention to the fact my license will run out soon but why does it say maximum security may not be insured?
