Hi Steve.

Well, I'll look in to Eset for sure then. I have no problem with my Mcafee
product, but a program that is fully accessible would be nice *smile* as Mcafee
does have a few tricky modules that require a lot of jaws to pc and pc to jaws
routing. My subscription expires in march 2010, so we'll see when I'm up for
renewal.

All the best, Ibrahim.

  Hi Ibrahim,

Yes, if you buy a 1, 2 or 3 year plan, then you are entitled to all upgrades
within that licence period, however few or many there are.

  All the best

  Steve

  Hi Everyone.

I've been following the threads on this list concerning the accessibility of
Eset smart security with great interest. As some of you know, I am using
Mcafee and one of the reasons for this is that Mcafee is subscription based
rather than a perpetual licensed product. Basically, you pay your annual fee,
and for that you get updates, upgrades and new releases during the lifetime of
your subscription. Does Eset work in a similar way? If for instance I locked
in a two year subscription and version 5 came out during this time, would I be
automatically eligible or enrolled in to an upgrade?

  All the best, Ibrahim.
