Don't worry about getting it dirty. It can be wiped with wet cloths. The earliest ones manufactured, when I got mine said they could be taken swimming. But if you look on the site, it now says they are simply water resistant. But, I bathe and wash dishes with it on, and nothing happens.

Hi: Just how waterproof and dustproof is the Bradley? I've always been
concerned about gunge in the grooves so have avoided getting it wet or
dirty.

PS. I ware mine at night too.
