Hi Alex,

I drew up the list of commands as provided to administrators.

Certain of the commands do specify that the list name must also go in
the Command.  This is because you can actually obtain information about
any other freelists lists you are subscribed to.

It is entirely likely that the list name is not required in the command
for the access-uk list, since the command is indeed addressed to=20
access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
But I just have not had time to find out.
