their software to version 3.32 for free.

Code Factory is delighted to give all registered users of Mobile Speak for
Symbian Series 60 3rd Edition phones the fantastic opportunity to use their
world-class screen reader with Nokia built-in Text-To-Speech (TTS) as a free
second voice. TTS has been used for primary phone functions, and Mobile
Speak leverages this support to provide a completely accessible experience
for all users.

Version 3.32 provides a new voice called "Nokia" and, on phones that support
Nokia TTS, another called "NokiaHQ". These "Nokia" voices are shipped with
all 3rd Edition phones, and new "NokiaHQ" voices are also downloadable on
supported phones from the Nokia website at http://europe.nokia.com/A4286225
. The Standard Quality TTS will automatically switch languages to match the
phone language. The High Quality TTS can be configured to use a specific
language and voice or modify the speed and volume via the "Speech"
application, usually located inside the phone?s Settings folder.
We've created a simple process for receiving the free licence for the
built-in TTS. After installing Version 3.32 on your device, go to Configure
Mobile Speak > Options > Register Now > Mobile Speak, choose the voice
called "Nokia" or "NokiaHQ" and the serial number will be displayed. Go to

this serial number, and your license number will be generated. Simply copy
this license number into the registration screen of your phone and your free
Nokia voices will be fully licensed. Once registered, the Nokia voice (and
NokiaHQ if it is a compatible phone) appears in the voice list of "Configure
Mobile Speak" just like with any other voice.
If you have a supported phone, you can download and install additional High
Quality voices. To do this, visit the Nokia download page at
http://europe.nokia.com/A4286225. For a given language, you must install the
language package and at least one of the voices listed. However, most phones
will come with the TTS of the default language already installed. After
installing the new voice, you?ll see it listed inside the phone?s Speech
application. Use the Speech application to manage the currently selected
voice, and its settings.
There are more than 20 languages available. Those already supported by
Mobile Speak include:

features to 3rd Edition phones:
* Mobile Speak works during a call. For example, with speech on a call
activated users can look for a contact, take notes, do some calculations,
etc, while on a call.
* Mobile Speak speaks in Bahasa Indonesia, Chinese, Japanese and
Ratana for Thai. Even if the panel of configuration is not available in
these languages, users can read SMS or emails and all the menus of their
phone if it is configured with one of this language.
