Hi all -

Anybody help me put this right?

When I print a sheet of a4, and then scan it and save the scanned file as a .doc file, I lose the original layout, even though I have FR set to save formatting.

What happens, is that blank lines get omitted in the scanning, and where I expect to see certain text on it's own line, the scanning puts two lines on the same line, if it will fit, so it seems to be ignoring the printed layout, and doing it's own thing!

Any thoughts?

Andy
