JAWS 15 Windows 7 and Office 2010
Apologies for cross posting but I need to get this issue resolved quickly.
Ever since Firefox installed an update I have had problems with entering my
password on my lottery account. I thought it was my typing because the entry I
typed in was not being accepted. Even to the point that I have tried to reset
the password about 6 times in the past 24 hours. I tried the lottery helpline
but they didn't know what is going on.
I even asked my wife to type in the password (how brave was that!) but with the
same result. Then she noticed a message that popped up that JAWS was not
reading to me to say that some part of the Firefox download was not completed.
I had to click on a box to try and fix the problem but to no abail.
I may have to try IE but am not sure if the latest version (?) is user friendly
to JAWS 15.
