[access-uk] Re: Foreign characters in e-mail.

Ok - firstly thanks to everyone who has tried to help with this, on and off
list.

I hadn't realised about the 0 being needed as shown in the message below, so
that was helpful.

What is still annoying me though is the fact that it STILL isn't working!!
I can only conclude that it must be a setting somewhere - I got the results
I wanted on a different machine earlier today - the only differences being
that the other machine was W98 and Outlook, whereas this is XP and Outlook
Express.

Any further suggestions would be greatly appreciated - otherwise I'll shut
up about it - but it would be really helpful to be able to do this - and it
should be sooo simple. Have also tried changing Jaws keyboard layouts but to
no avail!!
