Hi,

There is no such thing as a free domain, because the registrare has to
charge for the registration. The best place to get domains is
www.gandi.net, who offer very cheap domains (I register through them).
You then need to find a free DNS provider (use Gandi or
www.zoneedit.com) and a host (possibly your ISP, or using frames based
redirection) - Gandi and Zoneedit can do this.

If you want a free domain in the form of yourname.eu.org then go to
http://www.eu.org to set it up, be careful though as there are many
pitfalls to fall into.

Andrew.
