Hi Catherine
You should have a CD -there is software to make an interface for the stick. I can't remember if it came on one of these small disks or a normal one now.

You can download it from
www.freecom.com

or if you have broadband I could send the files.

You might be best to complain to your supplier, but if I canhelp to get you started let me know.

Best wishes.

Hi all,

I know someone here has a Freecom Digital TV card they got from amazon. I bought it from amazon recently, I think it's probably the same one people were talking about it here - it's a USB stick and Amazon describes it as "Freecom Digital TV DVB-T USB Stick Freeview receiver, black".

I wondered if whoever's got this can help me...I opened the package today and thought there'd be a CD or something with drivers/software. But there isn't. All I have is the USB stick; what looks like a remote control; 2 cables, one of which has what I guess is the ariel on the end of it; and a rubber sucker thing I guess will go on the ariel to attach it somewhere. Hopefully, whoever uses it is reading this message - is this what you got from amazon? Should there be a CD? Am I missing something...someone else opened it for me and gave me all the stuff...

I thought I'd try and just put the USB stick in and see what happens, but Windows says it can't find a driver for it.

Catherine
