[access-uk] Freeview USB devices

Hi folks, we've just decided to have the TV system overhauled and I believe
that there is a USB or card device that I can addd to the PC so that I can get
TV with audio description. Is that correct?
If so, does it work with freeview rather than sky as we have ended our sky
contract. I saw a bit of discussion over the last year or so but didn't pay
any attention as it was not relevant then. If my memory serves me, there were
only two devices - any recommendations? I'm using JFW v6.x and windows XP pro.
Any comments or observations would be gratefully received!
