Hi I've just downloaded an album by David Gilmour, but my media player won't play it. It is coming up with something about digital rights management. It then askes me for an email address and password, but I've no idea which email address or password I'm supposed to put in. I'm using the latest version of Media player, and checked this by clicking on "check for updates" in the help menue. Any clues as to why this won't play?
