I hope that you had a good Christmas, I wanted to wish you a happy New
Year.
One of my first tasks of 2013 is to respond on Sense's behalf to the
BBC's public consultation about their online and red button services. As
I know that you are on line in terms of emails I wondered if you had
ever used the BBC website and if you had could you give me any comments
about how you found it (positive or negative!). The same goes for the
BBC Red Button services, have you ever used them and if so what was your
experience?
Any comments that you feel that you can make on this subject would be
very much appreciated,
