Don't know if anyone else has already suggested this, but try to locate the
OE icon on the "all programs submenu" from the "start menu", and left mouse
click on it or press the "applications button" to bring up the applications
menu, and then enter on "properties" to change the target from the shortcut
page. BTW, you can check where the OE's shortcut is actually located from
"properties\general page".
About the start up entry, it's a folder contains shortcuts to the programs
that start automatically when Windows start up. To my knowledge, the start
up entry shouldn't have anything to do with your OE problem. It's strange
though that you have two start up entries in your account.
