[access-uk] Google.com Issues

Hi

 

I'm running a windows 10 laptop with IE11, and I'm with BT. Whenever I visit
the website

https://www.google.com/

from the IE address bar, I get the page "BT Unable to Find."

 

However, using the suffix .co.uk gives successful results. I've been having
this issue for a while now; can anyone help here?
