Hello Katherine,

This is in the Tools, Options settings:

1. Press ALT T, then O.

2. CONTROL TAB to "Send" and then TAB to "HTML Settings" or "Plain Text Settings"

3. You can now TAB to "Indent Your Message With" and press SPACEBAR to change it from on to off or vice versa.

    HTH,
John.

Subject: [access-uk] Greater than signs in reply e-mails

Hi,

Usually when I reply to an e-mail the original text gets greater than signs put in it, which I want. But some don't seem to. What's the reason for this/do I need to check some settings? I'm using Outlook Express.

Catherine
