I don't know whether my message got through to the list, but I reported the 
same problem 
yesterday - in my case with Hal 9 and IE 7.   But it is only an intermittent 
problem.   
Sometimes the site is completely responsive and then half an hour later it 
becomes almost 
unusable.  I am hoping that a sighted person might notice something odd 
occurring with the 
display.  The word "Flash" comes to mind!
