Hi,
No this isn't another request for software to read handwriting, I doubt this
will ever be possible, at least not for many years.
I am wondering if there is a service that quickly will transcribe small
requests into text which is screen reader friendly. This could have a number
of uses but one would be undoubtedly the visually impaired. I know this
service exists for large companies but what about people who just have a 1 or 2
page document, a card they have just received and have no sighted assistance or
don't want to ask, a personal letter which has been handwritten?

If I'm missing something I would be pleased to know about it. If it doesn't
exist I am surprised it hasn't been attempted.** To leave the list, click on
