i've never used the program you linked to, but one i have found quite
usable is syncback. they have a free version and a pro version. its at:

It appears to do everything I want it to but would rather not spend the $39
if it is inaccessible or unuseable with Supernova screen reader.
I have been using Second Copy for many years, but it's getting long in the
tooth and is limited. I have never managed to get Karens Replicator to work
for me either, so Handy Backup appears to be a decent option.
