if it was purchased more than 90 days ago, you may not be able to find the
details for it, as the ebay site only holds item details for that time
period. if you paid for the item with paypal, they may still have details of
the payment that you can access, am not sure though, as I have never had to
look that far back.
if you can remember the user id of the seller, you could look that up, as
ebay does have a search feature for doing this, and contact the seller once
found, to ask about a replacement or refund.
I would say however, that most ebay sellers will not refund or replace after
that length of time unless you are very lucky.
