Hi Petrina,it is a pain! You could try the following but Real Player is not that responsive to jaws:
1. go to the tools menu within the main real player. 2. curser upor down to the preferences option and hit enter . 3. curser down till you hit message centre and hit enter. 4. then tab until you hear " configure message centre and hit enter.This is where I did have a problem, as this should have taken me to a series of 4 check boxes however I only arrived at these after doing a windows m to get to the desktop and then tabbing to the task bar and re-entering real player from there, I then unchecked the boxes and the problem was solved, an easier option is to uninstall the damn thing and install real alternitive instead! Much less faffing around!
