[access-uk] How do you mute jaws 11?

The subject line says it all.

I recall there is a way of stopping jaws talking in recent versions of
the screenreader, an easy toggle on and toggle off. How do I do that?
I'm doing some sound editing in soundforge and this little electronic
fella keeps talking all over the silent pauses between words that I am
trying to listen to.

Much appreciated.
