You can reset settings fromsettings/general/reset (it's the last thing under "general"/reset network settings. Please beware to choose the reset network settings and not reset something you don't want to. Confirm by tapping on "Reset network settings" in the dialogue and the phone will reboot. You may need to enter you WiFi passwords and set other network settings after.
