OK, close JAWS, then go to the Run menu, by pressing Windows key+R, then
type http://www.satogo.com and then follow the spoken prompts.

Hi Martin

I can't get onto the Internet to go to that site, I tried that already 
yesterday. As I said in my original Email, I can't open any webpages all I 
get is that open parent document window.
