[access-uk] IP Netgem box problem.

HI,

I switched my TV on today and when I change channels, it is saying unknown channel on all channels. I up--dated the IP player and reset, but it is still saying the same thing. Anyone else had this problem and if so, how did you rectify it. Any help gratefully received.
