I agree with Saqib that this app seems to have a lot of potential and could be a great improvement on Next Buses. However, I remain to be convinced that it has been fully optimised for VO. Would be interesting to hear from any regular travellers who are using it with success. Despite the update! You can still use the Next Bus Is app. You just have to tap the done button on the top right when it first loads up. I do like this new app as it has audible announcements option on the top of the screen. Alex you can tap the list option at the bottom of the screen as it's easier access as nearest stops appear in a list. However, having read Yusuf's reply to you, I feel I should say that I have also downloaded the app to my IPhone 5C and even though I have a small amount of residual sight, I don't seem to be able to get the map to show more than a satellite image of the whole UK, (similar to those shown on TV weather forecasts). I can't work out how to set the home location, or come to that, how to restrict the map to even an area as localised as Birmingham. I'd appreciate any pointers you can pass on from your experience with the app. Alexander Shannon -- You can find me on Twitter @Saq5000 and Skype Saq5000 ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx<mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> with the Subject:- faq
