David,
If you've updated to IE7 then Jaws needs to be version 10 at the very
lowest, but preferably 11.
That probably won't be good news for you if you are to pay out for upgrades.
If Jaws isn't reading then the version of Internet Explorer may be the
reason ...

Hi,
I am using Jaws 8 with XP. I have up dated my internet
explorer to 8, and my JAWS can not read the screen any
more, are their any one using internet explorer 8 that
can tell me how I can make my JAWS read the screen? O I
forgot to say that I am using Google, maybe I need to
change to a different page than Google. Any help would be
gratefully received.
