Hello everybody. My name's Jake and I just subscribed to this list. I live in Illinois in the United States, and have been a screen reader user for several years. The two that I currently use--and will probably stay with--are System Access and NVDA. I know this may sound a bit rushed, but I already have a question. I do social media for a disability-related nonprofit based here in Illinois. My work involves posting articles and site reviews to our Facebook and Twitter pages. Rather than just use the FB and Twitter widgets found on a lot of websites these days, we like to copy and paste the links with our own short summaries embedded in the message. I used to be able to just obtain the direct URL of the article or review by going into my Applications submenu and tabbing around the Properties dialogue. But for the past 3 or so weeks whenever I have done this, I only get as far as the Certificates button and then I'm met with a message saying "there are no more links or form fields." This has been happening both in Windows Vista and Windows 7. Both my computers are Dells, and everything else seems to work fine. Sorry for the somewhat long-winded post, but any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Jake Please visit me at http://www.samobile.net/users/jjoehl . Changes may or may not be coming to my website.
