Hi Andy,

We had the same problem. Every setting was correct and we were told we were
receiving AD but of course we knew this was not so. To cut a very long
story short it was necessary for us to have a new Sky box. We were told
countless times that the engineers had never come across this problem, so
just keep on to them if you are sure all your settings are correct and ask
for a new box.

Regards

Mary
