not a smart phone but dorro do a flip phone and its easy to use but basic.

Hi folks, my good lady has a really dinky little alkatel flip phone which I
do really like the feel of, she is sighted and also seems to like it. so is
there a flip smart phone which will use Android and therefore use talkback? I
used to love my N86 and although I love my Iphone 5s,I am in the market for a
spare phone for my shoulder bag, any ideas?
