[access-uk] JAWS not loading at start up

Hello all -

I've got the box checked for loading JAWS at the log on screen, but for some 
reason, it doesn't load, so after boot up I've no speech until I've actually 
entered my user name and logged on. Anybody say what might be happening to 
prevent JAWS from speaking on boot-up? -
