yes, and it does then speak which feature I am about to enter, I just miss
the little reassuring click, and don't know what I did to switch it off, I
think I am a bit obsessive like things to work the same way - feel a bit of
a fool.

Jeff, Once you hit jaws key plus the space bar have you then tried hitting
the letter r for research it? Or even jaws key plus space bar followed by the

Hi,I am using Jaws14 and windows 7.Whenever I used to hit the Jaws-key with
the space bar I used to hear a sound.This was to enter things like optical
recognition.It was very reassuring now it has disappeared, any tips?Jeff
