I anticipated the case problem and removed it. Another point I found was that
the visual display is essentially in landscape which is not the best aspect for
viewing portrait documents. I tried turning the unit through ninety degrees to
get a portrait orientation but the display simply went blank.

I found it very hard to hold it at the level required, and with the flap of
the case getting in the way. To perhaps use it to any satisfactory degree,
you may need to remove the case, and I would frankly rather use my iPhone.

Subject: [access-uk] KNFB AND BN TOUCH
I have just tried using KNFB Reader with my Touch and it worked. However,
I’d make the following observations.
- It is significantly slower than on my iPhone or iPad
- The quality of the scan is significantly less good than on my iPhone.
- the physical profile of the touch makes it difficult to orientate and
operate when taking a picture. It also casts a considerable shadow over the
field of view.
