Okay, I know we all thought it a bit much that you had to Email the company for a serial number to access a demo of KNFB. I still think that, but after sending in my request on Christmas Eve and not expecting to hear back until after the holidays, I received my trial code this evening. So really impressed with the response. However, will have to be equally impressed with the product to buy. Will test it over Christmas.
