Hi Marie,
Just another idea. When I save messages, I use the save as option in the
file menu, save it like any other document in a folder of my own choosing
and when you tab to the file types combo box, you can either leave it on the
first item which gives the file an eml extension so that Outlook Express
will open it when you want to read it, or you can arrow down to the text
file option and the document will be converted to a text document. That's
the way I do it and it works for me.
