[access-uk] Listserv commands

I recently subscribed to a mailing list on the listserv system and find
that by default I have been set to receive only daily digests.
I have worked my way through a long list of commands which the
Listserv system will accept, but so far I can find nothing to make the
change to receiving individual messages which I require.
I wonder whether anyone is familiar with this system and could point
me in the right direction.
